Chocolate Nut Cookies

  • 200 g unsalted peanuts
  • 150 g soft butter
  • 200 g Sugar (e.g. B. Brauner)
  • 1 pinch Salt, 2 eggs (size M)
  • 3 EL whipped cream
  • 400 g (30 g) flour, 3 tbsp cocoa

Line baking trays with baking paper. Roughly chop the nuts. Mix butter, sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in eggs one by one, then cream. Mix the flour and cocoa, knead in. Knead in the nuts, shape into approx. 50 balls.

Place on the baking sheet, press a little flat. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes. Let cool down.
