1.
Put the strawberries in a bowl and let them thaw. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it over a warm water bath. Grease six ovenproof molds or cups (150 ml each) and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar
2.
Use the whisk to add eggs, egg yolks, 50 g of sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar whisk for 6–8 minutes until thick and creamy white. First stir in flour, then melted chocolate
3.
Pour the chocolate mixture evenly into the 6 molds. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for 15–30 minutes. (The baking time is so different because the baking result depends on the thickness and texture of the molds or cups.)
4.
Strawberries, lime juice and 1 packet of vanilla Put the sugar in a tall mixing bowl, puree with a hand blender. Take the molds out of the oven, let them rest for 3–4 minutes and then turn them out. Sprinkle with a little sugar and serve with strawberry sauce. Add the remaining strawberry sauce
