Chocolate-Blondie mishap with strawberry sauce

For 6 pieces
  • 300 g frozen strawberries
  • 250 g white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons + 50 g + approx. 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Put the strawberries in a bowl and let them thaw. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it over a warm water bath. Grease six ovenproof molds or cups (150 ml each) and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar
Use the whisk to add eggs, egg yolks, 50 g of sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar whisk for 6–8 minutes until thick and creamy white. First stir in flour, then melted chocolate
Pour the chocolate mixture evenly into the 6 molds. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for 15–30 minutes. (The baking time is so different because the baking result depends on the thickness and texture of the molds or cups.)
