Chicken shashlik
- 4 colorful peppers
- 2 Onions
- 750 g Chicken fillet
- 2-3 EL Oil li>
- Salt
- pepper
- Curry
- 150 ml Tomato ketchup
- 150 ml Chicken bouillon (instant)
- 8 kebab skewers span>

- Clean and wash the peppers and cut into pieces approx. 4 cm in size. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry, cut into 3-4 cm pieces. Put the prepared ingredients close together alternately on the skewers.

- Heat the oil in a wide pan. Fry the skewers over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Drizzle with ketchup all around and fry for another 2 minutes.

- Pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Arrange on plates.
