Chicken shashlik

For 4 people
  • 4 colorful peppers
  • 2 Onions
  • 750 g Chicken fillet
  • 2-3 EL Oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Curry
  • 150 ml Tomato ketchup
  • 150 ml Chicken bouillon (instant)
  • 8 kebab skewers

Clean and wash the peppers and cut into pieces approx. 4 cm in size. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry, cut into 3-4 cm pieces. Put the prepared ingredients close together alternately on the skewers.

Heat the oil in a wide pan. Fry the skewers over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Drizzle with ketchup all around and fry for another 2 minutes.

Pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Arrange on plates.
