Cheese meatballs with radish and potato salad

For 4 people
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 1 bread rolls (from the previous day)
  • 1 Pot of chervil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Bag of Babybel cheese (6 pieces, 20 g each)
  • 1 onion
  • 100 ml Vegetable stock (instant)
  • 4 EL vinegar
  • Sugar
  • 1 Bund Radishes
  • 4-5 EL Oil

Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Then put off cold,peel, let rest. In the meantime, soak the rolls in cold water. Chop the chervil. Knead the mince, squeezed bun, half of the chervil and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Debark cheese. Shape 6 meatballs out of the mince. Work 1 Babybel in the middle. Cut the potatoes into slices for the salad. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Bring the stock and vinegar to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour hot over the potatoes and onions, let them steep a little. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Mix the radishes, the remaining chervil and 2 tablespoons of oil into the salad. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs in it, turning over a medium heat, for about 8 minutes. Season the salad if necessary and serve with the meatballs
