'Caprese' pasta salad

For 6 people
  • 300 g noodles (e.g. Farfalle)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 6 EL Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TL Sugar
  • 6 EL Olive oil
  • 2 packs (150 g each) Mini -Mozzarella balls
  • 400 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Bund Basil

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Quench and let cool.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix with 6 tablespoons of vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Beat the oil on it. Mix the marinade and pasta.

Drain the mozzarella. Wash the tomatoes and basil. Put some basil aside for garnish, cut the rest into strips. Halve tomatoes. Mix everything with the pasta and season to taste again.
