Camembert tramezzini (sandwich)
- 2 slices toasted bread
- 30 g span> low-fat cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- 1/2 TL tomato paste
- 5 (approx. 40 g) Radishes
- 100 g cucumber
- 60 g low-fat Camembert cheese (12% fat )
- Parsley

- 1.
- Toast bread. Mix the cream cheese and tomato paste. Clean, wash and dice the radishes. Clean, wash and slice the cucumber. Cut the camembert into slices.
- 2.
- Brush both slices of toast with the cream cheese. Cover a slice with cucumber and camembert. Scatter radishes on top except for something to sprinkle. Cover with the 2nd toast slice. Garnish with diced radish and parsley.
- 3.
- Halve diagonally and secure with wooden skewers.
