Butter carrots

For 4 people
  • 1 kg carrot (s)
  • 75 g Butter
  • 3 TL Sugar
  • 2 TL Salt

Peel the carrots and thinly Slice or plane.

In the meantime, heat the butter in the saucepan, add sugar and salt. Add the carrots and turn well. This will cause some liquid to escape by itself. Reduce the heat and cook the carrots in their own juice for about 20 minutes with the lid closed.
