Bread salad with chicken salad

- Cut the pretzel stick into thin slices. Gradually heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the bread slices on both sides until crispy. For the vinaigrette, whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and honey. Fold in 2 tablespoons of oil drop by drop. Peel the onion, cut into fine cubes and stir into the vinaigrette. Clean the lettuce, remove the leaves from the stalk, wash, shake dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Mix the lettuce, radishes, sausage, bread slices and vinaigrette carefully. Arrange the salad on a platter
