Bitter lemon with blueberry ice cubes

  • 3 EL sugar
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 700 ml cold bitter lemon

250 ml of water , Sugar and lemon juice bring to the boil and simmer briefly. Remove from heat and let cool down. Sort the blueberries and divide them into 2 ice cube molds. Top up with sugar mixture and freeze for at least 4 hours. Put the ice cubes and bitter lemon in a suitable container and serve
