Beetroot puree
- 800 g beetroot li>
- 1 span> small onion
- 2 EL Butter or margarine
- Salt
- span> Cumin
- Pepper
- ground coriander

- Peel the beetroot and cut into pieces. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat the fat in a saucepan. Sauté the onion and beetroot in it. Season with salt, cumin and pepper.

- Pour in 100 ml of water, bring to the boil and cook covered for approx. 15 minutes. Mash the beetroot and season with salt and coriander.
