Bavarian spaetzle salad

For 4 people
  • 200 g Spaetzle
  • 4 (80 g each) veal sausages
  • 1 small bunch of chives
  • 2 EL sweet mustard
  • 4 EL Fruit vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • 4 EL Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Roman salad heart
  • 1 Bund Radishes

Prepare spaetzle in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Put white sausage in boiling water, remove the pan from the heat. Let the sausage stand for 8 minutes. Wash the chives, pat dry, cut into rings. Mix together the mustard and vinegar, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Beat the oil in a thin stream. Stir in the chives. Drain the sausage, rinse in cold water. Remove the sausage skin and cut the sausage into slices. Clean, wash, pat dry the lettuce and cut into strips. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Drain the spaetzle, rinse with cold water and drain. Mix all ingredients together and arrange in a bowl
