Bavarian radish sausage salad

For 4 people
  • 300 g white radish
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 1 red and green peppers
  • 2-3 red onions
  • 1/2 Bunch Chives and parsley
  • 6 EL Wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 3 EL Oil
  • 4 Pretzel
  • 4 tablespoons (20 g each) Butter

Peel, wash and thinly slice the radish. Remove the meat sausage from the skin, quarter lengthways and cut into slices. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into strips.

Peel the onions and cut into rings. Wash the chives and cut into rolls. Wash and chop the parsley. Mix the vinegar, salt and pepper together, beat in the oil. Mix everything in a bowl, arrange on plates, sprinkle with parsley and chives.
3.
Serve with pretzel and butter.
