Banana muesli with coconut yogurt

  • 1 EL Raisins
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yogurt
  • 1 EL desiccated coconut
  • 1 (100 g) small banana
  • 25 g puffed spelled
  • 1 TL clear honey
  • Mint

Wash the raisins, drain them. Mix the yogurt with half of the desiccated coconut. Peel the banana and cut into small pieces. Layer the puffed spelled, raisins, yogurt and banana in a bowl.

Drizzle with honey and decorate with mint. Sprinkle with the remaining coconut flakes.
