Bami Goreng

  1. Soak the rice noodles in plenty of warm water for 30 minutes. In the meantime, rinse the beef with cold water, pat dry and cut into thin strips.
  2. Peel the onions and garlic and dice finely . Rub the mushrooms dry and cut into thin slices. Clean and wash the remaining vegetables and cut them into fine strips except for the snow peas.
  3. Put the oil in a wok or Heat strongly in a large non-stick pan and fry the onions and garlic until translucent while stirring. Gradually add the remaining vegetables and fry for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the wok or pan.
  4. Drain the rice noodles in a sieve and drain well. Sear the meat in the remaining frying fat. Add the noodles with the soy sauce, the sambal oelek and the vegetables to the meat. Mix everything well and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately.
