'Balkan Style' pancakes

For 1 person
  • 1 go. Tbsp (20 g) flour
  • 1 Egg (size S)
  • 4 EL low-fat milk
  • Salt, white Pepper
  • sweet paprika
  • 50 g frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp (50 g) corn (a. d. Can)
  • 50 g mushrooms
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 Slice (30 g) cooked ham
  • 2-3 drops of oil
  • 4 tbsp Mineral water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons (50 g) lean quark
  • Dill

Flour, egg and milk smoothstir. Season and let soak for about 10 minutes.

Thaw peas, drain corn. Clean and wash the mushrooms and peppers. Cut mushrooms into slices, paprika and ham into small cubes

Brush a coated pan with oil. Fry the mushrooms vigorously. Add ham and other vegetables. Season

Stir 3 tablespoons of mineral water into the batter. Pour over the vegetables and bake on both sides over low heat for 6-8 minutes until golden.

Mix the quark and 1 tbsp mineral water until smooth, season to taste. Serve the pancakes with quark and garnish with dill if necessary
