Baked beans with fried egg

For 4 people
  • 1 red onion
  • 8 slices (80 g) Breakfast bacon
  • 2 Can (s) (weighing 415 g each) baked beans in tomato sauce
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 EL Sunflower oil
  • 4 eggs (size M)

Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove from the pan and place on kitchen paper. Roast the onion in the hot bacon fat for about 2 minutes. Add the beans, heat and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Beat the eggs, slide them into the hot oil and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with a little salt
