easy
1.
Grate the marzipan. Mix the fat, vanilla sugar, marzipan, salt and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Stir in eggs one by one. Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Put the dough in a greased loaf tin (approx. 25 cm long; approx. 1.5 liters content) sprinkled with flour and smooth it out
2.
Wash the apples and rub dry. Cut the end of the stalk horizontally from the apples as a 'lid'. Cut out the core of the apples, quarter the dominoes and fill the apples with them. Cover the apples with 'lids' and press them into the batter. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for about 40 minutes, remove, let cool in the tin for about 15 minutes
3.
Turn the cake out of the tin, leave to cool on a wire rack for approx. 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Whipped cream tastes good with it
