Avocado sauce (cold)

For 4 people
  • 1/2 Avocado (120 g)
  • 1 - 1 1/2 Potty Chervil
  • 1/2 (75 g) Cup of whole milk-
  • yogurt
  • 1/8 l Chicken broth (instant)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt
  • white pepper

Peel and halve the avocado and remove the core. Wash the chervil and drain well. Pluck the leaves from the stems. Puree the avocado, chervil, yoghurt, stock and lemon juice very finely with the cutting stick of the hand mixer or in the universal chopper.

The sauce tastes good with hard-boiled eggs, chicken breast or boiled ham.
