Aunt Fanny - salmon snails

For 4 people
  • 4 sheet Aunt Fanny pulled filo or yufka dough 250 g
  • 150 g Salmon
  • 125 g Cream cheese (alternatively: 1 cup of crème fraîche)
  • Parsley, chopped
  • 20 g Butter for spreading
  • Salt, pepper

Prepare the dough according to the instructions on the package.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.

For the filling, mix the cream cheese with parsley, season with salt and pepper.

Lightly brush a sheet of pastry with water. Place the second sheet on top and spread the cream cheese thinly. Place the salmon on top and roll up tightly. Do the same with the other two strudel leaves.

Cut the roll into approx. 2 - 3 cm thick slices. Brush with butter and bake for approx. 15 minutes until golden brown.

Tip: A refreshing cucumber salad goes well with the salmon snails.
