Preparation

  1. Cut the breakfast bacon into fine strips. Wash and clean the spring onions, cut across into fine rings. Fry both with 1 tablespoon of oil in a small pan while stirring for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Thoroughly stir in the basmati rice and instant vegetable stock. Let everything simmer for 3-4 minutes over low heat.
  3. Season with soy sauce, salt and cayenne pepper.
