Asia rice
Ingredients

- 40 g Breakfast bacon (bacon, sliced)
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 bag of pre-cooked basmati rice (250 g)
- 50 ml instant vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- salt
- Cayenne pepper
Preparation
- Cut the breakfast bacon into fine strips. Wash and clean the spring onions, cut across into fine rings. Fry both with 1 tablespoon of oil in a small pan while stirring for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
- Thoroughly stir in the basmati rice and instant vegetable stock. Let everything simmer for 3-4 minutes over low heat.
- Season with soy sauce, salt and cayenne pepper.
