'Asia' mince skewer

For 4 people
  • 1/2 head of white cabbage (approx. 500 g)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 6 EL sweet and hot Asian sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g peanut kernels
  • 400 g Minced beef
  • 1 Egg (size M)
  • 2 EL Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ground coriander
  • Chili powder
  • 1 Bundle Spring onions
  • 4-5 EL Oil
  • Peanuts and coriander

Clean the white cabbage, cut out the stalk . Wash the cabbage and cut into fine strips. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into strips. Mix the cabbage, peppers and Asian sauce, let steep for about 20 minutes.

Peel the onion Finely chop the peanuts. Knead the mince, egg, breadcrumbs, onion and peanuts. Season with salt, pepper, coriander and chilli and form small balls. Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into pieces.

Put the meatballs and spring onions alternately on skewers. Heat the oil in a large pan, then put the mince skewers Fry in it over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Season the cabbage salad again.

Serve the meat skewers and coleslaw. Garnish with peanuts and coriander. Serve with Asian sauce.
