Apricot and strawberry drink

For 4 glasses
  • 200 g fresh strawberries
  • 1 D ose (n) (580 ml) Apricots
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • 2 (à 150 g) Cup of whole milk yoghurt
  • 3/8 l milk
  • Lemon balm
15 minutes
Clean the strawberries, wash them and cut into small pieces. Drain the apricots on a colander and set aside 4 apricots. Put the apricots, vanilla sugar, yoghurt and the milk in a blender. Mix everything well and pour into the glasses. Add the strawberry pieces to the milk. Garnish with the remaining apricots and lemon balm
