Apricot and raspberry groats with cottage cheese

For 4 people
  • 5-6 Apricots
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 3/8 passion fruit juice
  • 3 TL sugar
  • 1-2 EL lemon juice
  • 1 go. TL cornstarch
  • 200 g Quark (20%)
  • 5 EL Milk
  • 1 TL Cocoa
  • 1 Bar of whole milk or dark chocolate

Score the apricots, scald with boiling water, let it steep for a moment and quench. Pull off the skin. Core the apricots and cut into wedges. Sort the raspberries and wash them carefully if necessary

Season passion fruit juice with approx. 1 teaspoon of sugar and lemon juice. Add apricots, bring to the boil. Mix the starch and a little water until smooth. Stir into the juice and bring to the boil again. Carefully fold in the raspberries. Let the groats cool down

Mix the quark, milk and cocoa until smooth. Season with about 2 teaspoons of sugar. Arrange the groats and quark. To sprinkle the chocolate with a peeler, plan and sprinkle over it
