Apricot and orange water with thyme

For 1 liter
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 3 Apricots
  • 4 stem (s) Thyme
  • 500 ml cold mineral water
  • 500 ml Orange juice
  • ice cubes
10 minutes
Wash the orange with hot water, rub dry and cut into wedges. Wash the apricots, pat dry, cut in half, stone and cut into wedges. Wash the thyme and pat dry.
Put thyme, apricot and orange wedges with plenty of ice cubes in a suitable container and fill up with mineral water and orange juice. Let it steep for a moment and serve
