Apricot and onion lard

  • 750 g pork flavors
  • 250 g goose fat
  • 250 g dried apricots
  • 4 red onions
  • 1 potty marjoram

Flaming in a potMelt on low heat. Add the goose lard and leave for another 15 minutes over a medium heat. Wash the apricots, pat dry and cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onions. Wash the marjoram and pluck the leaves off. Add all ingredients to the lard and cook for 5 minutes. Pour lard into bowls and allow to set. Garnish with apricot stars and marjoram
