Apricot and lime punch

For 12 glasses
  • 1 Lime
  • 500 g (850 ml) Apricots or 1 can of apricots
  • 6 cl Apricot liqueur
  • 1 (0.7 l) Bottle of dry white wine
  • 2 (0.7 l each) Bottle of dry sparkling wine
  • Mint

Wash lime with hot water and put in Cut thin slices. Incise the skin of the apricots crosswise. Scald the fruit with boiling water, rinse in cold water and peel off the skin. Halve the apricots and remove the stones. Drain the apricots well. Cut the fruit into smaller pieces. Put the lime slices and pieces of apricot in a punch bowl . Pour the liqueur over the top and let it steep for approx. 30 minutes. Top up with well-chilled white wine and sparkling wine. Garnish with mint. Serve immediately
