Apricot and coconut balls

  • 200 g dried soft apricots
  • 3 EL (approx. 35 g) crispy oat flakes
  • 10 EL desiccated coconut
  • 2 EL Agave syrup
  • 1 EL Coconut oil

Finely chop the soft apricots in the universal chopper. Oat flakes (approx. 35 g) and 4 tbsp grated coconut in a pantoast lightly without fat. Add agave syrup and coconut oil. Bring to the boil and remove from the stove.

Stir in 4 tablespoons of unroasted desiccated coconut and the apricots. Let cool down. Shape into walnut-sized balls with moistened hands. Roll in about 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut. Approx. Chill for 30 minutes.
