Appletiramisu

- 600 g apple (e.g. Boskop) span>
- juice of 1 lemon
- 80 span> g Sugar
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 500 g s pan> Lean quark
- 35 ml Milk
- 1 packet vanillin sugar

50 ml Apple juice span> - 2 EL span> Calvados
- 50 span> g ladyfingers
- 2 EL Cocoa powder
- 1 TL span> ground cinnamon

- Peel, quarter and core the apples. Cut the pulp into cubes. Put lemon juice, 30 g sugar and 35 ml water in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes while stirring.

- Let the compote cool down. Mix the mascarpone, quark, milk, vanilla sugar and 50 g sugar until creamy. Mix the apple juice and calvados. Line a rectangular shape with the ladyfingers (set aside 2), drizzle with the liquid.

- Then thatSpread the apple compote. Finally, spread the mascarpone cream loosely on top. Dust with cocoa and cinnamon. Crumble the remaining biscuit and sprinkle over the tiramisu just before serving.
