applesauce cake

  • 100 gr margarine
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr flour
  • 2 TL Baking powder
  • 1 glass (750g) applesauce,
  • 1 EL Sugar
  • 1 Pt. Pudding powder, vanilla
  • 3 Mug of sour cream
  • 4 EL Sugar
  • 4 Eggs, because of the egg yolk
  • 3 eggs, including the egg white (beaten until stiff)

Prepare a dough from margarine + sugar + eggs + flour + baking powder and bake in the springform pan for 12-15 minutes at 200 ° C.

Heat the apple sauce and 1 tbsp sugar, bring to the boil together with the vanilla pudding powder (mixed with a little milk), stir vigorously. Place the applesauce mixture on the pre-baked base.

Mix the sour cream + sugar + egg yolk, except for the egg white, which is folded in until stiff. The mixture is poured onto the apple sauce and everything is baked again at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
