Apples in a dressing gown

For 4 people
  • 5 square slices (approx. 45 g each) of frozen Puff pastry
  • 25 g Raisins
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1/2 TL cinnamon
  • 25 g soft butter
  • 4 medium-sized apples ( à approx. 175 g)
  • 50 g Icing sugar
  • 1-2 TL lemon juice

Let the puff pastry thaw individually on the foil in between. Rinse the raisins and pat dry. In the meantime, mix sugar and cinnamon, knead with raisins and butter. Wash the apples, pat dry, core with an apple cutter and peel. Pour cinnamon butter into the apples. Roll out 4 puff pastry slices thinly to approx. 15 x 15 cm each on a work surface lightly dusted with flour. Place 1 apple on each of the rolled-out slices, fold the corners and press together. Cut out flowers from the rest of the slice, place them on the pressed corners and press down a little. Brush with water and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for 20-25 until golden brown. Remove the apples and let them cool for about 5 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice to a thin glaze, brush the apples with it and serve
