Apple yeast snails

Spread the plum jam on it, leaving a 2 cm wide edge of the pastry free all around. Sprinkle steamed apple cubes one after the other with the liquid and almond sticks on the coated dough surface. Roll up the dough from the long side, press the open sides down. Cut the roll into approx. 16 slices with a saw knife. Line two baking sheets (39 x 32 cm) with baking paper. Place the yeast dough pieces on top. Cover and let rise for about 10 minutes. Put the baking trays one after the other, with convection together, into the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection 175 ° C / gas: level 3) and bake for 35–40 minutes. Take the baking trays out of the oven. Bring the jelly to the boil while stirring and spread it on the hot apple yeast snails. Let the snails cool down
