Apple wedges in cider with white chocolate sauce

- 2 Apples (approx. 150 g each) span>
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 200 ml Cider

- Wash and quarter the apples and cut out the cores. Cut the apple quarters into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice. Heat the cider, 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan and stew the apple wedges for 3-5 minutes. Drain and let cool. In the meantime, roughly chop the chocolate. Heat the cream and melt the chocolate in it while stirring. For the almond brittle, melt the remaining sugar in a pan and caramelize until golden brown. Add the almond flakes and fold in. Spread on an oiled piece of aluminum foil, let cool and break into pieces. Arrange the apple wedges and warm chocolate sauce on plates.
