Apple tiramisu cake

Mix the soft fat and 150 g sugar until creamy white. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder, add to the fat egg mixture with the milk and stir. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 25 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack. Peel, quarter, core and cut the apples into pieces. Bring the apple juice to the boil in a saucepan. Add apple pieces and cook covered for about 1 minute over low heat. Mix the pudding powder with 25 g sugar and stir with a little water until smooth. Remove from heat, stir pudding powder into the hot liquid, simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Let cool down. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Mix the mascarpone with yogurt, 100 g sugar, liqueur and vanilla sugar until smooth. Remove 1/3 of the cream and refrigerate. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it carefully. Mix with 3 tablespoons of the mascarpone cream, then stir into the rest of the cream. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Halve the bottom once horizontally. A cake ring around the bottomput. Put some cream on top and spread it thinly. Put apple compote on top and distribute. Put the rest of the cream on the compote and smooth it out. Place the top shelf on top, chill for about 4 hours. Remove the cake from the ring. Stir the reserved cream again. Brush the cake with it. Roughly crumble part of the amarettini and spread over the cake with the whole amarettini. Dust the cake with espresso powder. Decorate with steamed apple slices
