Apple tart

Knead the flour, eggs, fat and salt with the dough hook of the hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it cool for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, wash, peel and cut the apples into eighths and cut out the core. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice. Halve the batter and put half aside for the quiche. Roll out the remaining dough on a floured work surface into a circle (30 cm Ø). Place the dough in a greased tart pan (26 cm Ø), prick several times with a fork, cover with the apples in a fan shape and bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for 40-50 minutes. Strain the apricot jam through a sieve and brush the tart with it 15 minutes before the end of the baking time. Makes 12 pieces
