very easy
1.
Thaw slices of puff pastry side by side on a floured work surface at room temperature. Wash the apples and cut them into wedges with an apple chopper. Halve each column lengthways again
2.
Melt the butter. Place the puff pastry slices on top of each other and roll them out on a floured work surface (approx. 29 cm Ø). Grease a springform pan (approx. 26 cm Ø), line it with the dough and fold the edges inwards so that an approx. 1 cm thick edge is created
3.
Almonds Roast in a pan without fat. Take out and let cool down. Spread the almonds first, then the apple wedges on the puff pastry base. Drizzle the tart with melted butter and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for 35–45 minutes
4.
Remove the tart from the oven , let cool and lift out of the mold. Chop candy. Warm the cream, dissolve the candies in it while stirring. Drizzle over the apples and allow to cool
