Apple Spice Muffins

- Wash the apple, quarter, core and cut into cubes. Drizzle the apple cubes with lemon juice. Mix the flour, baking powder, 90 g oatmeal, 20 g raisins, sugar, salt and spices in a large bowl. Whisk the sour cream, eggs and oil together and stir into the flour mixture with a wooden spoon, taking care not to stir too long. Drain the apple cubes and fold 2/3 under the batter. Line a muffin mold (12 wells, each 7 cm Ø) with paper liners and distribute the dough in it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for about 25 minutes. Mix 10 g of oat flakes, 20 g of raisins and the remaining apple cubes.
