easy
1.
Mix flour, eggs, 1 pinch of salt and 250 ml of water with a wooden spoon in about 10 minutes to form a smooth dough. Approx. Let it soak for 10 minutes
2.
Boil plenty of water with 1 teaspoon of salt in a large saucepan. Press in the dough in portions through a spaetzle press. As soon as the spaetzle floats on the surface of the water, lift it out with a slotted spoon and let it drain
3.
Wash the apples, quarter them and remove the core. Cut the quarters into wedges. Heat the butter in a large pan. Briefly steam the apple wedges in it. Mix the cinnamon and sugar. Add the spaetzle to the apples and heat. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, mix and let caramelize a little if you like. Arrange everything on plates
