Apple spaetzle

- 500 g flour
- 4 Eggs (size M)
- Salt
- 3 red apples
- 2 EL lactose-free butter
- 1 / 2–1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 EL Sugar

- Mix the flour, eggs, 1 pinch of salt and 250 ml water with a wooden spoon to a smooth dough in about 10 minutes. Approx. Let it soak for 10 minutes

- Boil plenty of water with 1 teaspoon of salt in a large saucepan. Press in the dough in portions through a spaetzle press. As soon as the spaetzle swim on the surface of the water, lift them out with a slotted spoon and let them drain.

- Wash the apples, quarter them and remove the core. Cut the quarters into wedges. Heat the butter in a large pan. Briefly steam the apple wedges in it. Mix the cinnamon and sugar. Add the spaetzle to the apples and heat. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, mix and caramelize a little if you like. Arrange everything on plates
