Apple sour cream cake

Flour, butter in pieces, 80 g sugar, 1 pinch of salt and egg yolk with theKnead the dough hook of the hand mixer, then knead quickly with your hands to form a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, mix the sour cream, 100 g sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and sauce powder with the whisk of the hand mixer until smooth. Peel the apples, remove the core with the apple cutter. Cut the apples into approx. 1.5 cm thick slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Grease springform pan (26 cm Ø) and dust with flour. Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a round shape (approx. 32 cm Ø) on a floured work surface. Line the springform pan with batter, pressing firmly on the edge (2-3 cm high). Spread the apple slices on top and pour the glaze over them. Bake cakes in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / fan: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for 50-60 minutes. Remove the cake from the edge and allow to cool on a wire rack. Before serving, decorate with lemon balm and dust with powdered sugar
