Apple slip cake

  • 1 kg Apples
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 Tl. Baking powder
  • 20 g Butter
  • 2 P. vanilla sugar
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 2 El Hail Sugar

Cut the apples into thick wedges. Mix the oil and sugar together. Gradually add the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in a tablespoon at a time.

Pour the dough into a springform pan (26 cm) lined with baking paper. Spread the apple wedges close together. Baking: (E: 175 ° C / U: 150 ° C) 45-55 minutes.

Melt the butter. Brush the cake with it. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and decorate the cooled cake with it, sprinkle with granulated sugar.
