Apple sausage salad

- 60 g low-fat meat sausage li>
- 50 g cleaned apple
- 1 (30 g) cut. Onion
- 50 g Pickled cucumber
- 3 cleaned lettuce leaves

- Cut the sausage into slices and the apple into wedges. Cut the onion into rings and the cucumber into slices. Pluck the salad into small pieces

- Mix vinegar, 1-2 teaspoons of water, salt, pepper and oil. Add cress and possibly capers. Mix the prepared salad ingredients, corn and marinade.Let something go. Eat bread with it
