Apple sausage salad

For 1 person
  • 60 g low-fat meat sausage
  • 50 g cleaned apple
  • 1 (30 g) cut. Onion
  • 50 g Pickled cucumber
  • 3 cleaned lettuce leaves
  • 1 EL Vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 TL (5 g) Oil
  • cress
  • 1/2 TL capers
  • 3 (35 g; from the jar) Corn cobs or 35 g corn kernels (from the can)
  • 45 g wholemeal bread

Cut the sausage into slices and the apple into wedges. Cut the onion into rings and the cucumber into slices. Pluck the salad into small pieces

Mix vinegar, 1-2 teaspoons of water, salt, pepper and oil. Add cress and possibly capers. Mix the prepared salad ingredients, corn and marinade.Let something go. Eat bread with it
