Apple rings

For 8 people
  • 16 Piece (s) Apples (medium-sized)
  • 6 piece (s) Eggs
  • 240 g flour
  • 1/4 l Oil for frying
  • 6 Tablespoon of rum
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 80 g Icing sugar
  • 2 shot of white wine
  • 2 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 piece (s) Lemon (juice)

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into rings, rum, cinnamon and lemon juice Mix and drizzle over the apple rings.
Mix the eggs with the flour, salt and icing sugar well and mix with white wine to a nice, thicker pancake batter.
Heat the oil, pull the apple slices through the batter and bake until golden in the hot oil, drain and sprinkle with icing sugar.
