Apple remoulade

  • 1 Bund Chives
  • 6 Stie l (e) Parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Apples
  • 3 Pickled cucumbers (jar)
  • 10 hard-boiled eggs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g Mayonnaise
  • 3–4 tbsp Cucumber stock

Wash and finely chop the chives and parsley. Finely dice the onion, apples, pickles and eggs.

Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and cucumber stock. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients and let them steep.
