Apple remoulade

- 1 Bund Chives
- 6 Stie l (e) Parsley
- 1 onion
- 2 Apples li>
- 3 Pickled cucumbers (jar)
- 10 hard-boiled eggs
- 200 g sour cream span>
- 200 g Mayonnaise
- 3–4 tbsp Cucumber stock

- Wash and finely chop the chives and parsley. Finely dice the onion, apples, pickles and eggs.
- 2.
- Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and cucumber stock. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients and let them steep.
