Apple punch with cinnamon cream
- 1 apple
- 1,5 l clear apple juice
- 8 Cloves
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 2 EL Sugar

- Wash, quarter, core and dice the apple. Heat the apple juice with the cloves, cinnamon sticks and apple cubes

- Mix the cinnamon and sugar, set aside 1 teaspoon for sprinkling. Whip the cream until stiff, pour in the rest of the cinnamon sugar. Divide the punch into 6 glasses. Pour the cream on top and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar. Serve decorated with cinnamon sticks if necessary
