Apple punch with cinnamon cream

For 6 glasses
  • 1 apple
  • 1,5 l clear apple juice
  • 8 Cloves
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 TL Cinnamon
  • 2 EL Sugar
  • 300 g lactose-free whipped cream

Wash, quarter, core and dice the apple. Heat the apple juice with the cloves, cinnamon sticks and apple cubes

Mix the cinnamon and sugar, put 1 teaspoon aside for sprinkling. Whip the cream until stiff, pour in the rest of the cinnamon sugar. Divide the punch into 6 glasses. Pour the cream on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon sugar. Serve decorated with cinnamon sticks if necessary
