  • 200 g whole milk couverture
  • 1 1/2 l Milk
  • 4 EL Sugar
  • 24-32 white marshmallow

60 minutes
For the punch, wash 1 apple and cut into fine slices. Drizzle with a few squirts of lemon juice and let it dry (either on the heater or in the oven). Brew black tea with 750 ml of water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Put black tea, 750 ml water, spices, 1 pinch of salt and honey in a saucepan. Hang in apple tea bags and bring to the boil. Let the punch steep for 5-8 minutes. Then remove the tea bags. Before serving, wash an apple, rub dry and cut into fine thin slices. Heat the punch. Put apple slices in the glasses and fill up with punch. Decorate with dried apple slices
For the cocoa, roughly chop 200 g of dark chocolate and whole milk couverture. Heat the milk and sugar. Melt the couverture in the hot milk while stirring. Roughly chop 50 g of dark chocolate couverture and melt in a hot water bath. Coat marshmallows with melted couverture in different ways and let them dry. Put the marshmallows on skewers and serve with the cocoa
