Apple-pudding-cake

- 100 g Butter
- 150 g spa n> flour
- 4 Eggs (size M)
- 100 g + 2 tbsp sugar li>
- 800 g sour apples
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 EL breadcrumbs
- 1 Parcel 'Vanilla flavor' pudding powder
- 125 g whipped cream
- 200 g sour cream

- Knead the butter in flakes, flour, 1 egg and 50 g sugar to form a smooth dough. Cover and cool for about 30 minutesput. In the meantime, peel and quarter the apples and cut out the core. Cut the pulp into fine wedges.

- Drizzle with lemon juice, bring to the boil briefly, cool and allow to drain. Roll out the dough on a work surface lightly dusted with flour (30 cm Ø). Place in a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø).

- Press on the edges. Prick the bottom several times with a fork, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread the apples on top. Mix the pudding powder, cream, sour cream, 50 g sugar and 3 eggs. Pour over the apples.

- Sprinkle with flaked almonds and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for 45-50 minutes. Let cool in the tin on a rack.
- 5.
- Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
