Apple pie with vanilla sour cream

For 12 pieces
  • 500 g apples
  • 2 EL Lemon juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
  • 150 g soft
  • Butter / Margarine
  • 150 g + 50 g Z ucker
  • 2 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 5 eggs (Gr . M)
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 level teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 EL Milk
  • Fat and breadcrumbs
  • 125 g Sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 2 EL Apricot jam
  • 1-2 TL Icing sugar

Peel the apples and cut out the core. Cut the apples into rings and drizzle with lemon juice

Mix the fat, 150 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Mix in 3 eggs one after the other. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Spread the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) sprinkled with breadcrumbs (possibly spread the dough a little higher on the edge than in the middle)

Sour cream, 2 Mix eggs, 50 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Pour half of the sour cream on the dough. Place the apple rings on top and pour the remaining sour cream on top

In a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) approx. 1 Bake for an hour. Let cool down
