Apple pie with sour cream

Oil, milk, quark, 80 g sugar and 1 packetMix the vanillin sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Mix the flour and baking powder and knead into the quark mass using the dough hook of the hand mixer.

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to the size of the drip pan. Grease the pan and dust with flour. Put the dough in and press it up a little on the edge. Peel and eighth the apples, removing the core.

Drizzle eighths with lemon juice and place on the quark-oil batter. Mix the sour cream, eggs, 30 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar and pour over the apples. Chop the walnuts and sprinkle them over the apples.
