Apple pie with sour cream sauce

Mix the flour and baking powder. Quark, 1 egg, milk, oil, sugar and 1 packetAdd the vanillin sugar and knead into a smooth dough using the dough hook of the hand mixer. Peel and halve the apples, remove the core. Slightly cut into the apple. Drizzle the fruit with lemon juice. Mix the sour cream, remaining eggs and remaining vanilla sugar until smooth. Smear an ovenproof form (20x30 cm) or springform pan (24 cm Ø) with fat. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface into a rectangle (20x30 cm) and place in the mold. Distribute the apples evenly on the dough and pour the sour cream over them. Sprinkle with raisins. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / gas: level 2) for about 1 hour. Cover the edges of the cake with aluminum foil strips halfway through the baking time. Cool on a wire rack. Decorate with mint leaves if you like
